By filling out the registration form, the participant gives consent that U.S.-Africa Trade Council (USAfriTC) can process the data
provided within the framework of the conference and allow photographs to be made during the conference. This includes, unless
registered participants object, all handling needed for the applicant’s participation at the event and for the drafting of a list of participants
which will be distributed at the conference and placing photographs in the pictures gallery accessible by participants and USAfriTC
members, in the USATIGS website or selecting some for articles on the conference in a journal or newspaper, or in any other web/printed
publication.
Terms and Conditions: Substitutions can be made at any time. All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or emailed - voicemails
will not be accepted. Up to 75% of registration fees will be refunded if requests are received by April 28th , 2024, for visa denial or any
reason. However, no refunds will be issued after April 28th, 2024, for no shows or any other reason. There will be no refund also at any
time if a visa has been issued on account of, and facilitated by, this Summit.
